On December 16th the team met and the focus was on Thai culture and a little language. We had four guests; three from Thailand, Tib, Pang, Joob, and also her husband Che an English as a second language instructor at Saginaw Valley University. The whole team found the evening to be very informative and we really appreciated having the native speakers right there teaching us a few words and phrases. A highlight was practicing the Wai, greetings. We all realize how much we have to learn, but it was very exciting and made it all more real.
