I can't believe our trip is less than two months away!! I can't wait. When I visited family in Chattanooga, Tennessee in December, I found a great Thai restaurant. My husband and I liked the food so much we went there three times. I really liked the Som-Tam (green papaya with spicy lime juice), Pad Thai noodles, and Tom-Yum-Kung (a hot and sour dish). I hear the food in Thailand is great and really spicey!
