Our first team meeting was held on November 18th. The team members were all excited to meet one another and begin the planning process for our wonderful adventures ahead. Ajay Badhwar, District Outbound GSE Chair attended as did Ruby Iwamassa our Alternate Team Leader, both are great resources to our team and they will be participating in our meetings as they are able. After introductions we reviewed and discussed the role of the team members and leader. We began our Action Items list and Issues lists to assist us in tracking our action plans and also what needs to be addressed along the way.
