The Rotary Foundation’s Group Study Exchange (GSE) program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young professionals. The program provides travel grants for teams to exchange visits with other countries. Rotary International District 6310 in Michigan has assembled a 2010 team that will travel to Portugal.
