In order to prepare for an experience like this there are a great many details to work through. Of course a big part of our preparations is to learn about our host country and the area in which we'll specifically travel. In addition we are preparing our team's presentation of who we are, a bit about our families, work, etc. We're told that the average exchange will make between 15-20 presentations. We've also got an appointment with a photographer to assist us in the development of a team brochure. This will be a great piece to hand out as we travel. We've agreed on a "official" uniform that we'll wear as we're in group functions. Besides all of that there is a fair amount of paperwork to be completed.
Our next scheduled team meeting is on Monday, November 26.
