Happy New Year!

Hi folks--one of the first New Year celebrations in the world( NZ first). We have had a very sunny week so far and mild evenings--day time about 28/30 C.
Beaches have been a closed in a number of areas due to a cyclone on the Northern AU coast, causing huge swells--how ever good weather for eating and drinking over the Xmas and new Year period.
See picture above--we have an ideal harbour city in Sydney for fireworks displays and foreshore parties--so many of the younger brigade camp there early in the day-older Rotarians stay closer to home and watch on TV.

We in D9680 wish you all a very Happy and productive New Year.

See you a few weeks now.

It looks like quite a party at the bridge. We popped a few corks at a party, and decided not to play with fire and light fireworks.
