Well the count down started on Thursday morning at an early breakfast at the Norwest Sunrise club meeting at the Castle Hill Golf Club, with a final presentation by the Team and farewells, thank you's and hugs were the order of the day.

That evening represenatives from the two outgoing Teams to D6310 and D7500 joined the Inbound team and others at the Castle Hill RSL Club for an informal dinner and few beers and a chat, which was a great wind down. It was then off for final packing and a well earned sleep until a wake up to the Kookaburras for the last time!
Farewell at the airport was with mixed emotions some hosts and District folks were on hand for a final Hurrah ( and a cup of coffee) before the Team set forth through Immigration and on their wayback home to their loved ones.

We in D9680 have thoroughly enjoyed having such a fun group visit with us. The Hosts have all been so complimentary of their visitors and they in turn have provided us all with a great sense of friendship and comaradery. Team leader Jeff Leipprandt was wonderful in his leadership and complemented the team diversity in a very capable manner.
We were all sorry to see them go, many had a developed a real affection for them as individuals and Iam guessing there were mixed emotions from one or two (or more)of the visitors also.
From District Governor Monica and all the District team, thanks for joining us Jeff with your delightful Team.
I think the appropriate sign off is au revoir ( till we meet again)
