A Rotary connection wherever you go!

Today the team spent time touring the countryside of the Central Coast of Australia. We were being hosted by the Kariong-Somersby Club as we toured a poultry (broiler) and citrus farm. Our host Roger and Lorraine Wilson were wonderful people as they provided morning tea and a lunch further up the mountain. We did a bit of what we might call “off-road” driving up to view some historic Aborigine petroglyphs. In total this was an awesome excursion, just going to prove that no matter where you go in the world Rotarians open doors and are the “go to folks” to see a particular area/subject first hand.

This evening we had a fantastic barbeque at the home of John and Susan Garwood (Rusty’s hosts) and many other Rotarians and spouses mostly from the Woy Woy Club. This party was very reminiscent to me of what our club in Pigeon might have done. Good stuff!
