instance our team had the opportunity to all participate in one of my vocational days (it didn't start out to be intended as such) where we toured the Lower Hunter Valley wine producing area. We had a great visit with a local wine maker and then we also had a wonderful afternoon strolling around the Hunter Valley Gardens, which was full of great trees, flowers and ponds and even a storybook garden.
